Your mission
Join Creolytix as a Working Student in Customer Success focused on our existing customer base. Your goal: keep customers happy, successful, and growing with us—through proactive care, regular check-ins, and value-led upsell opportunities. You’ll partner with CS, Sales, and Product to turn adoption into outcomes. No security background required. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Own a small book of business with guided mentorship: plan touchpoints, track actions, and follow through.
* Run regular check-ins/QBR-style reviews (agenda, notes, next steps) to drive adoption and ROI.
* Schedule and deliver enablement sessions (how-tos, best practices, new feature walk-throughs).
* Build lightweight Success Plans (objectives, metrics, owners, timelines) and keep them current.
* Monitor account health (usage signals, tickets, stakeholder sentiment) and act early on risks.
* Analyze product usage (by workspace, role, feature, and frequency) to spot adoption gaps and upsell opportunities (e.g., additional seats, modules, or use cases), and propose concrete next steps.
* Identify expansion & upsell opportunities (seats, features, new use cases) and collaborate with Sales.
* Keep CRM/CS tools tidy (contacts, notes, lifecycle stage, tasks) and maintain customer docs/templates.
* Capture voice-of-customer insights and relay clear, reproducible feedback to Product.

What you bring
* Empathy, proactivity, and crisp communication (written & spoken).
* Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple customers.
* Plus: familiarity with SaaS and basic CS/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion).
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany.
* Fluency in German (C1 or higher) is required; professional English required.
* Some experience in Customer Success/Support/Account Management or SaaS (working student, internship, or similar).
* Availability ~15–20 hrs/week during semester (more during breaks possible).
* Work authorization in Germany.
