Story so far

Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

This intership in Sales Europe is an exiting opportunity to get all skills needed in Commercial Sales, learning from passionate people that are working together with the same objective : "Developping INEOS Automotive brand"

Your responsibilities

1. Support the European sales team in communication with dealer networks across approximately 20 markets.
2. Analyse, prepare, and interpret sales KPIs to develop actionable recommendations for market performance improvement.
3. Assist the Operations team in steering sales activities, establishing and implementing processes, and maintaining efficient structures.
4. Contribute to departmental workflows, handling daily operational tasks and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Your profile

5. Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (, Business Administration, International Business, Economics) or a recent graduate seeking professional orientation.
6. Strong analytical skills (Excel-Skills!) with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
7. Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional European languages are an advantage).
8. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality.
9. Interest in the automotive industry and international sales operations.
10. Initial practical experience in a similar role or environment is desirable.
