The Role & The Team We are seeking a Senior Researcher for a hybrid role that combines discovery research with research operations. This is a key strategic position designed to enhance our research practices and boost our influence on product development. You will be part of the ZEOS Design & Research team. Currently, our Designers and Product Managers are keen to validate their ideas and gain user insights, but are hindered by limited access to the necessary tools, participants, and reusable findings. This role is crucial in eliminating these obstacles by developing scalable research systems. Initially, you will focus on building our research infrastructure, and over time, you will shift to leading and supporting discovery projects that shape our product's direction. You will collaborate closely with another researcher who is focused on discovery work, ensuring that together you cover both the depth and scale of research needs. What We’d Love You to Do (and Love Doing) Develop and oversee a verified internal panel of participants for continuous research activities. Manage and enhance our research tools, such as Great Question and various survey platforms. Create and uphold internal systems, templates, and guides to facilitate self-service research for our teams. Establish efficient workflows for survey deployment, handling incentives, and screening participants. Plan and execute both generative and evaluative research studies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Translate research findings into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic decisions and product development. We’d Love to Meet You If You have significant experience in user research, research operations, or a similar field. You are adept at independently conducting user research from start to finish. You have a background in developing or expanding research operations, tools, or systems. You excel in collaborative, cross-functional team environments. You are skilled in using research tools like Great Question, Dovetail, Airtable, or UserTesting. You are a clear and persuasive communicator who can make complex insights understandable and actionable.
