About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Prime Group's presence in Germany.
As a Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our local business, combining business development, account management, and team leadership. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of your market and contributing directly to the company's growth strategy in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new business opportunities within the IT and Engineering services market.
2. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
3. Promote and sell Time & Materials (T&M), Staff Augmentation, and Outsourcing solutions.
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to negotiation and contract closure.
5. Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high levels of service quality and satisfaction.
6. Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
7. Build, hire, and lead a local team, including Business Managers and IT Recruiters.
8. Define the structure, processes, and strategy required to support sustainable business growth.
9. Coach and develop team members to achieve both commercial and operational objectives.
What We're Looking For
10. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Services, Engineering Services, Consulting, or Outsourcing environments.
11. Strong understanding of Time & Materials (T&M), Contracting, and Staff Augmentation business models.
12. Demonstrated ability to build and develop long-term client relationships.
13. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
15. Fluency in both German and English.
16. Based in the Frankfurt area or willing to work in a hybrid model from Frankfurt.

22. €70,000 – €100,000 gross per year, plus a competitive performance-based bonus structure.
