Role: CRM Support -Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and monitor KPIs to track CRM performance, adoption, and impact on field force productivity and customer engagement
* Lead strategic direction, prioritize product features, and evangelize Vault CRM capabilities.
* Gather market requirements from stakeholders, design customer-facing solutions, and ensure product features meet industry needs.
* Collaborate across departments to launch new features, manage product backlog, and ensure quality delivery.
* Communicate product vision, conduct training sessions for internal and external audiences, and provide subject matter expertise for market-specific CRM workflows.
* Understanding of Veeva Networks and Veeva open data for life sciences, integrating customer data across markets.
* Lead training sessions to enable clients and internal teams on OpenData platform usage, data matching, and best practices for data quality improvement
Desired profile :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 10–12 years of experience in product management, CRM platforms, or life sciences technology solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Network, and OpenData platforms.
* Proven ability to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features.
* Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, gathering requirements, and aligning cross-functional teams.
* Experience conducting training and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to evangelize product capabilities.
* Preferred certifications: Veeva CRM/Vault, Agile/Scrum (CSPO), Data Management/Governance.
