My client is looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a strong ownership mentality to drive the sales and marketing execution for a medical aesthetics injectables portfolio across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing strategy with execution, is data-driven, and has a strong commercial instinct.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the growth strategy for injectables in the DACH region
* Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies
* Adapt global strategies to local market needs and regulatory frameworks
* Lead and develop the local sales team while driving achievement of sales targets
* Revenue & P&L Ownership: Own regional revenue targets and commercial performance
* Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability
* Build and manage forecasts, budgets and KPIs
* Commercial Excellence & Planning: Lead the optimization of the sales organization (direct and/or distributor models)
* Strengthen key account relationships with clinics, dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners
* Track KPIs and provide regular performance insights
* Customer & Market Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, including clinics and aesthetic practitioners
* Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine strategies
* Represent the company at industry events and congresses
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional marketing, medical and training teams for effective local execution
* Ensure alignment between commercial and operational functions
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities comply with local laws and internal policies
* Partner with finance, legal, HR, and compliance for robust governance
What We’re Looking For:
* 8–15+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, injectables/fillers, or medical devices, with strong exposure to injectables preferred
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in the DACH region
* Experience leading teams and managing P&L responsibility
* Strong understanding of the aesthetic customer landscape (clinics, physicians, KOLs)
* Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environments with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
* Fluent in German
