Job Title: Trust and Fiduciary Services Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage a portfolio of trusts, primarily serving an Italian clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong trust management skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of trusts from establishment to potential liquidation, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices;
* Serve as the primary point of contact for protectors, trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisors, providing exceptional customer service and support;
* Prepare and monitor legal documentation, including trust deeds, letters of wishes, resolutions, and other related documents;
* Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory requirements are met;
* Coordinate with internal and/or external accounting and tax services to provide seamless support to clients and stakeholders;
* Prepare periodic reports for clients and the board of directors, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures related to trusts, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Native Italian speaker or excellent written and spoken proficiency in Italian (clientele exclusively Italian);
* Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written;
* University degree (Bachelor's minimum) in law, economics, management, or equivalent;
* Significant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in trust management, ideally in a fiduciary or similar structure;
* Good knowledge of trust law (common law) and associated regulatory aspects (compliance, international taxation, etc.);
* Ability to work independently with rigor, confidentiality, and team spirit;
* Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
