Your mission
* Lead and prioritize tasks for the Electronics Team to drive fast-paced project execution.
* Foster team efficiency through skill development and flexible resource management.
* Design and implement scalable electronics architecture that evolves with project needs.
* Set up efficient processes and tools for rapid development, including CAD & PLM systems.
* Manage resources to meet project timelines and adapt to changing demands.
* Mentor the team to encourage innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
* Ensure compliance and lead requirements analysis and concept design.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering.
* At least 10 years of experience in electrical hardware development (aerospace preferred).
* Expertise in troubleshooting, design optimizations, and hands-on testing.
* Familiarity with PCB standards (IPC) and regulatory standards (DO-254, DO-160).
* Experience with environmental testing and hardware responsibility.
* Experience in PCBA design, integration, verification, and validation.
