In this role you will drive innovative ideas & business development initiatives by leading cross functional teams from ideation to end of initiation stages for BUN Enteral and Keto business Your main tasks: Innovation Management Drive assessment of assigned new product ideas (from internal or external sources) involving right experts before initiation stage and bring to decision to start ideation stage. Drive ideation stage of new product concept ideas through cross functional idea scoping teams and bring them to a decision on time and required quality within ideation stage. Coordinate and drive strategic initiatives with cross functional scoping teams, conduct scenario building and report to Management for decision making. Keep the idea database statusquo up-to-date for all ideas and report them regularly. Define and propose new ideas to Global Innovation Board with rational and potential by using right internal expertise or market data Plan and organize idea generation sessions globally and moderate team to bring them into a final decision. Join external innovation, ideation forums and bring new ideas in for cross functional assessment. Business Development Scout external growth opportunities (adjacent segments) through Merger & Acquisitions, in-licensing, strategic partnerships, etc. focusing strategy and portfolio gaps identified. Drive assessment of agreed business development ideas involving right experts from cross functional teams before initiation stage and bring to decision to start ideation stage. Build, strengthen and maintain network(s) with internal and external potential partners Plan and organize business development workshops and related meetings Your profile: 5 or more years of professional experience in innovation management, business development, project / program management in Clinical nutrition, FMCG (Food) or Bio Tech industries on a global scale University degree in Natural Sciences (preferably nutritional science), food engineering/technology (MBA degree a plus), Business administration. Profound knowledge and experience in the healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the category of clinical nutrition Ability to moderate workshops through all levels of hierarchy Excellent skills in identifying and defining business opportunities, structuring complex topics, and moderating discussions Experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data for business plan development Expertise in trend, market, and competitor insights analysis Very good skills regarding MS Office Proficient in written and spoken English Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills through all levels of hierarchy.
