These challenges await you:
* Your responsibilities will include managing, optimizing, and further developing our M365 services (especially SharePoint)
* You’ll also dive deep into the details, handling analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex M365, MS Teams, and collaboration scenarios
* You will plan, implement, and operate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environments with a focus on meetings, chat, and collaboration
* You will set up and optimize Teams collaboration features and governance policies
* You implement security and compliance requirements for SharePoint Online, Teams, and communication services
* You take on technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects
* You automate whatever can be automated (e.g., using PowerShell)
* Close collaboration with customers and internal teams is a given for you
What you bring to the table:
* A completed IT degree (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) with at least 3 years of professional experience
* Nice to have: MS-900, MS-700, or MS-102
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
* Initial experience with the Power Platform
* Experience with collaboration concepts and governance
* Terms like CIS or BSI standards don’t intimidate you
* PowerShell and other common automation methods are more than just buzzwords to you
* You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and are eager to work on client projects
* German at C1 level or higher
