Regional Manager Job in Chemnitz
We are a medium-sized company operating primarily in Eastern Germany, with over 30 years of experience as a reliable and competent partner for social institutions, authorities, administrations, and industrial companies. Our focus is on maintaining value through cleaning and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities, as well as housekeeping and business services.
If you enjoy variety, like leading your own team, and prioritize customer contact, we are looking for a Regional Manager in full-time employment for the Chemnitz area.
* You will be the central point of contact for our customers in your region, ensuring that all concerns are handled reliably and politely.
* You will plan, monitor, and control the daily work in your region based on operational evaluations and reports from our Leipzig branch.
* You will lead and motivate your team members and create a positive working atmosphere.
* You will ensure a smooth workflow in your area and work closely with an experienced team.
* You will organize and manage the processes in the buildings under your care.
* You will ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
* Assuming responsibility, enjoying human interaction, and having completed vocational training.
* Experience in leadership and being able to motivate, guide, and organize team members.
* Being customer-oriented and understanding how to approach the needs and concerns of our customers and colleagues solution-orientated.
* Being an organizational talent and familiar with common MS Office programs.
* Possessing a Class B driver's license.
