We deliver comprehensive, end-to-end engineering and IT projects for international clients in the automotive, rail, bus, energy, and maritime sectors.
To strengthen our position in Western Europe, we are looking for a modern, entrepreneurial (Senior) Sales Engineer / (Senior) Business Development Specialist with a strong hunter mindset, tool fluency, and a proven track record in engineering services sales.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Close collaboration with the Engineering (Delivery), Marketing, and the Board
• Employment contract or B2B agreement, a probationary period of 6 months
• Annual bonus (25% of the annual base payment)

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead business development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Build a high-quality pipeline of RFQs and strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, and ESPs
• Own the full sales cycle – from market mapping and lead generation to commercial closing
• Position our Competence Centers (e.g. Interior, Exterior, Wiring Harness, E/E Software, Bus etc.) with precision
• Co-create proposals with engineering centers and drive pricing & negotiation
• Translate market data into sales action – you’re both analytical and opportunity-driven
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a seller
• Travel to visit clients and participate in fairs (primarily Western Europe)

Requirements
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• 3+ years of technical B2B sales experience (engineering services, R&D outsourcing, product development, or IT/embedded)
• Proven hunter – you create leads, trigger RFQs, and close
• Experience selling into the automotive / mobility sectors in DACH
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable with CRM (Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Highly self-directed and entrepreneurial – you operate without micromanagement
Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to clients in France, Japan, Korea, China, or the US
• Understanding of engineering service business models and delivery setups
• Familiarity with the value chain in electrification, mobility, and vehicle development
