WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Identify, pitch, and secure strategic marketing partnerships that align with brand goals and customer interests
* Develop partnership strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and/or revenue growth
* Negotiate and execute partnership agreements including terms, deliverables, and marketing exposure
* Project manage end-to-end campaign activations, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and flawless delivery
* Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and report ROI and impact to leadership
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continually explore opportunities for collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and branding
* Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership best practices
WHO YOU ARE
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in marketing partnerships or brand collaborations
* Proven track record of managing successful partnerships from negotiation through execution
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance reporting
* Creative thinker with strong business acumen and a collaborative spirit
