Your seat to fill:
* Employee Lifecycle Support: Deliver administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from entry to departure
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transition
* HR Data & Systems: Create and maintain accurate personnel profiles in SuccessFactors (HRIS) and update organizational charts
* Policies & Processes: Update and maintain HR policies & processes, handbooks, and procedures. Assist in drafting internal communications and guidelines for employee and provide support in the implementation of new HR systems and digital tools
* HR Documentation: Prepare employment contracts, employer certificates, and other HR-related documents with accuracy and confidentiality
* Visa & Immigration Support: Advise and support employees with visa-related queries and processes
* Payroll Coordination: Manage correspondence with payroll providers across multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* HR Projects: Actively collaborate on HR projects and contribute to process improvements
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
Your stroll to CYBEX:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed vocational training
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
* Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment contracts, and labor law basics
* Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
* Fluency in German & very good English skills
