Senior Quantity Surveyor – Germany

Our International client is supporting the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on construction projects across Germany, with a strong focus on industrial facilities, data centres, and commercial office fit-outs.
This role is ideal for a Germany-based QS who is comfortable operating in a senior, hands-on commercial role and working in both German and English on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of construction projects from pre-contract to final account
* Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Contract and subcontract administration, including valuations and variations
* Procurement and contractor management
* Cost risk management and value optimisation
* Liaison with clients, consultants, and project teams on site
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Experience delivering industrial, data centre, and/or office fit-out projects
* Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
* Fluent German and English (professional working proficiency)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred)
* Based in Germany with the ability to attend project sites
