In deiner Rolle als vorbereitender Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) verantwortest du die die ausgelagerte Payroll in Deutschland sowie in weiteren Ländern in Europa und Afrika.
Dein Fokus liegt auf einer korrekten und gesetzeskonformen Gehaltsabrechnung, der Koordination lokaler Payroll‑Dienstleister sowie der Mitarbeit an Sonderprojekten. Dazu gehört unter anderem die Einführung einer offenen, länderübergreifenden Payroll‑Management‑Plattform parallel zum Wechsel von Payroll‑Anbietern in ausgewählten Ländern Europas und Afrikas.
Für diese Position bringst du fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Payroll‑Gesetzgebung mit, arbeitest äußerst detailgenau und fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit komplexen Payroll‑Sachverhalten über verschiedene Länder hinweg.
