* You will lead daily activities as a care manager according to SGB XI.
* You will lead and manage local staff and take responsibility for team coordination.
* You will serve as a point of contact for family counseling and training, as well as communicate with families about topics such as care levels, assistive devices, or therapy options.
* You will oversee the entire care and support process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* to have successfully completed a three-year training program in care and ideally have a diploma in care management or be interested in pursuing one.
* to bring initial experience in managing personnel.
* to possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently and structurally.
* to be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, employees, and medical professionals.
