THE IVZ We are the internal IT service provider for ARD—that is, all ARD member broadcasters, Deutschlandradio, and DW—under the leadership of rbb, and we provide central IT services at the locations of the state broadcasters and at Deutschlandradio. Remote work is also an option. As part of our SAP system support team, we are looking for you as a responsible and dedicated consultant and developer in the SAP-HCM area. SAP APPLICATION DEVELOPER - HCM (F/M/D) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis, design, implementation, and support: You will be responsible for the technical and functional support of our SAP HCM applications—from payroll to time management. Customizing and Development: You will independently perform customizing in the relevant HCM modules and further develop ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces. Solution-Oriented Consulting: You will maintain active communication with business departments, analyze requirements, and develop practical and sustainable solution proposals. Project work and further development: You will contribute your expertise to IVZ projects, particularly in the context of the transformation to SAP H4S4. YOUR PROFILE A completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science) or comparable qualification in the IT field with many years of professional experience, as well as: in-depth knowledge of SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP OO) and the customization of HCM modules (esp. PA, PT, OM, PY), experience with SAP HCM under S/4HANA / H4S4 or migration to these platforms, strong communication skills when interacting with users and customers, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement them, very good German language skills (min.
