As a Creative Visual Designer, you will work closely with our Graphics team to develop high-impact visual assets for our daily campaigns. In this role, you will utilise a versatile toolkit, including AI-driven technologies, to create assets that drive engagement and brand awareness. Reporting directly to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will focus on delivering high-quality design solutions while maintaining strict visual consistency across all channels. Beyond execution, you will play a proactive role in optimising our creative workflows and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Shape premium daily visual communication and strategic layouts across all channels, harnessing AI imagery to translate briefings into high-impact assets that ensure a smooth customer journey
* Take strong ownership of the asset lifecycle and projects end-to-end, from initial concept to going live, ensuring timely delivery of high-volume campaign assets in alignment with (senior) stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the design team to execute assigned projects with full accountability, ensuring every detail is aligned with brand goals from start to finish
* Champion visual excellence and the Westwing design system, ensuring expert application, accuracy, and premium quality consistency across all brand touchpoints
* Implement visual strategies while proactively optimising processes, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sharp eye for detail and uncompromising quality throughout production
YOU COME WITH
* 3+ years of experience in a creative environment (fashion, design, or brand communications) and a relevant university degree, supported by a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of visual storytelling across platforms
* Strong visual eye and deep sense of aesthetics for interior, fashion, and lifestyle, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate trends into compelling visuals and campaigns
* Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while taking full ownership and proactively seeking support or sharing updates
* Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma, Canva, and AI tool knowledge is considered a plus to further enhance brand experiences
* Clear understanding of campaign timelines and production workflows paired with proactive communication skills
* Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
