Tasks
* Planning, monitoring and controlling software localisation projects to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the desired level of quality
* Managing and distributing project-related information
* Resolving issues related to assigned projects
* Guiding international project teams (internal and external)
* Negotiating with all project stakeholders to represent Nintendo's interest
* Managing voice localisation projects and liaising with partner studios to ensure successful delivery of audio in multiple languages according to developer specifications
* Conducting audio editing and audio asset management
* Carrying out in-house voice recordings and post-production as needed
Requirements
* Education or graduate degree in the localisation and/or project management field or several years of work experience in the respective area
* Project management experience and budget handling knowledge
* Very good English language skills; knowledge of Japanese language would be a plus
* Professional experience in sound recording, including technical expertise with studio hardware and DAW software such as Pro Tools
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset and decision-making as key competences
* Experience in leading a team
* A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness for learning
* Strong work ethic; commitment to and passion for the role
