Job Description
Your Tasks:
* Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes for UF (ultra fresh) on-site to identify areas for improvement in line with corporate standards.
* Strategy Development: Create, update, and document country-specific strategies/concepts for Wholesale store transformation, defining KPIs.
* Follow-up Mechanism: Build a follow-up mechanism to track turnover & profitability against country commitments, ensuring transformation is maintained and on time.
* Implementation Support: Monitor and support METRO countries in operational Ultra Fresh implementation for C&C and FSD channels, using Ultra Fresh Optimization Blueprint and best practices.
* Collaboration: Establish close cooperation and communication with country UF OMD teams, OPS teams, Local UFO teams, and other corporate stakeholders.
* Procurement Support: Provide support for Fruit & Vegetable in procurement areas like assortment, merchandising, shrinkage, and packaging optimization.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
* Education & Expertise: High School degree preferably, profound expertise in UF business with a broad perspective, and advanced knowledge of wholesale principles, methods, and processes and in-depth expertise in category management for UF (F&V, fish, meat).
* Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational processes within UF.
* Project Management: Advanced skills in project management and process design.
* Communication: Good communication skills and training approach.
* Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and a structured approach to tasks.
* Customer Focus: Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer needs and a deep understanding of METRO's multichannel business.
* Digital Tool Proficiency: Agility in utilizing relevant digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
