Scientific Leadership and Innovation Director
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned neuroscientist with a comprehensive research skill set, passion for scientific inquiry, and demonstrated leadership abilities. This role entails the development and implementation of novel study designs for diverse populations, contexts, recently developed products, or synergetic approaches.
* Responsible for ensuring the scientific processing of formulas is of highest quality, verifying all aspects are neuroscientifically tangible and implementing final refinements if necessary.
* Leads empirical studies to ensure proof of efficacy of product formulas and neuropsychologically records new elements of efficacy spectrum outside standard procedures.
* Investigates current state of art in field of nootropic single substances and blended formulations, offering comparative analysis of these developments with company's own products.
