Software DevOps Engineer
Responsibility
Development and execution of automated tests in parallel with the embedded software development:
1. Cooperate with the developers to improve testability of newly developed software.
2. Validate the features against the requirements.
3. Support continuous integration by automating test cases.
4. Perform manual testing where applicable.
5. Creating test plans, writing test cases
6. Closure of testing by providing test reports
Skills and experience:
7. Bachelor or Master degree (experience in embedded software testing is a plus)
8. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
9. Experience with or knowledge of version control systems, such as SVN or GIT
10. Knowledge of Agile testing, Python, automated testing, writing tests and doing measurements
11. Good communication skills in English is a must
12. Continuous Integration & Continuous Development methodologies
13. robot framework and Pytest
14. Atlassian tools (JIRA for bug tracking / Confluence for documentation)
15. experience with CI platform (Jenkins)
16. Problem solver, taking intiative, taking responsibility
