Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future initiative. For many technology companies, its now a board-level priority.
Were supporting a growing technology scale-up that is looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to help shape and accelerate its AI adoption strategy across engineering, product, and operational functions.
This is a fractional advisory and delivery role suited to a senior technology leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution experience. Youll work closely with founders, leadership teams, engineering managers, and product stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
Rather than building AI models yourself, youll help the organisation determine where AI can create the greatest impact, establish implementation roadmaps, align stakeholders, and guide successful adoption across the business.
What Youll Be Doing
• Identifying high-impact AI opportunities across products, engineering teams, and business operations
• Developing AI adoption and implementation roadmaps
• Advising leadership teams on AI strategy and investment priorities
• Helping product teams integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products
• Supporting change management and organisational adoption initiatives
• Establishing governance, processes, and best practices for AI deployment
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Experience Required
• 10+ years in technology leadership, consulting, product, or engineering management roles

• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical implementation planning
