Develop and maintain visual direction across the whole product portfolio.
Build scalable art production pipelines for both prototype and production stages.
Own production pipelines across all production phases.
Establish and maintain unified visual quality standards across multiple projects.
Strengthen gameplay feel through animation, rigging, colors, contrast, visual accents, and interaction feedback.
Improve environment readability, atmosphere, scene composition, lighting quality, and scale consistency.
Identify weak areas in scenes and drive practical visual improvements.
Improve tactile readability and interaction clarity in VR environments.
Reduce “static scene feeling” and improve sandbox immersion.
Support product teams by translating gameplay needs into stronger visual execution.
Participate in gameplay ideation and feature validation from visual/game-feel perspective.
Create reusable visual solutions, assets, and libraries for multiple projects.
Build scalable AI-assisted workflows to improve production speed and iteration quality.
Maintain visual identity through team coaching and AI pipeline customization.
Help teams distinguish between prototype-quality visuals and shippable production quality.
Reduce production bottlenecks caused by art dependencies.
Choose, onboard, and supervise contractors and outsource partners.
Collaborate closely with Marketing on trailers, promotional visuals, and presentation materials.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
5+ years of experience in game production.
3+ years of leadership/art direction experience.
Released successful projects in a similar role.
Strong experience with 3D packages (Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent).

Experience working with contractors and outsource pipelines.
Video editing and presentation materials creation.
Experience with sandbox / simulation / social-driven games.
Ability to work in a fast-paced prototype-driven environment.
Strong ownership and proactive mindset.
Ability to balance quality, speed and scalability.
Ability to maintain quality bars across multiple projects simultaneously.
