Your responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Lead development and execution of global market access, HEOR, and outcomes research strategies aligned with commercial, medical, and regulatory objectives. Collaborate with portfolio teams on new ideas, concept development, and project approvals, providing preliminary market access assessments and value propositions. Identify opportunities and anticipate payer challenges to shape innovative evidence generation and access strategies. Operational & Country Support Equip country teams with strategies, evidence, and tools for pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement. Ensure timely development and dissemination of global value dossiers and communication tools. Support adaptation of global models and materials to local guidelines and market conditions. Provide health economic and market access training; assist with international reference pricing, price certificates, and tender requests. Evidence Generation & Value Demonstration Lead, direct, and guide health system analyses, stakeholder assessments, and price-finding studies. Oversee review and synthesis of medical and economic evidence using systematic, evidence-based methods. Direct health economic and outcomes research projects, including modeling and cost-effectiveness analyses. Guide preparation and submission of publications with external experts Champion innovative approaches to data generation, including real-world evidence and patient-reported outcomes. Build and maintain networks with internal and external health economic and market access stakeholders Your profile: University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or a related field; advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MBA, or equivalent) is a plus. At least 6 years experience in market access, pricing, HEOR, outcomes research, or policy, ideally in a global role within the life science sector Proven track record delivering innovative market access strategies across the product life cycle. Experience with HTA submissions, payer engagement, and pricing strategy across multiple markets. Ability to translate complex science and evidence into clear, market-relevant value propositions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior global stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional projects and working effectively with HEOR and medical experts. Analytical mindset with understanding of health economic models and evidence-based data. Comfortable working in a complex, international environment; self-starter with high motivation. Fluency in the English language (written & spoken), additional language skills are a plus
