Purpose
Corporate Solutions Process Harmonization's mission is to establish standardized finance processes in our core ERP systems to ensure in-group financial performance and support high-quality financial and management processes at all levels of the organization throughout adidas.
This position assumes responsibility for the harmonization and governance of Template Order to Cash (O2C) processes based on SAP ERPs. On a global level, this includes all aspects of the O2C macro process in logistics, sales and finance & controlling to support efficient logistics processes and their financial evaluation. It also covers E2E process integration with source-to-pay (S2P) processes and non-SAP platforms.
In this capacity, the position holder actively supports the development of new or improved process standards, including process documentation, to achieve continuous improvement of the overall process landscape, considering aspects such as business requirements, but also compliance with policies and audits. To avoid a growing number of process variations, the role also ensures a global retrofit of harmonized processes.
He / she shares a significant portion of the responsibility with Business Process Champions to deliver harmonized O2C business process solutions in core ERP rollouts and other related projects / initiatives.
In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the rollout of global O2C template processes in SAP as part of the OneERP program and other projects. The position is the single point of contact (SPOC) for mapped market (s), global IT and global business departments for all E2E process topics.
This position carries out the following responsibilities:
* Ensuring highest template conformity
* Oversee the implementation of global template processes in OneERP and other implementation projects without unauthorized deviation
* Management / coordination and execution of on-site and remote training, testing and go-live support during the implementation phase to completion together with the assigned project leader
* Ensuring the availability of global O2C template documentation for key user training and user acceptance testing
