About the Role
This is a pivotal position in a major project within the asset servicing sector, combining business analysis and technical expertise.
* Functional expertise involves analyzing project needs, formalizing them into Project Initiation Documentation (PID), and monitoring changes associated with the project.
* Technical expertise involves participating in solution design and testing of new functionalities, analyzing and testing new connectivity solutions, and evaluating risks and defining risk mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Transfer Agent (TA) processes, including end-to-end operational workflows and reporting, and strong knowledge of SWIFT and SFTP connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze project needs and formalize them into Project Initiation Documentation (PID)
2. Participate in solution design and testing of new functionalities
3. Monitor and control changes associated with the project, including reporting
4. Analyze and test new connectivity solutions, including SWIFT and SFTP
5. Conduct trailer fees analysis and testing
6. Provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multi-funds TA and related systems)
7. Organize and deliver documentation to support process evolution and production rollout
8. Support business and onboarding activities, including training sessions for stakeholders
9. Evaluate risks and define risk mitigation strategies
10. Produce user guides and continuously update the knowledge database
