Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of the Berlin-based Condat AG. Their team and office are located in Berlin. They are part of a global publicly traded corporate group with over 300 employees and six locations across North America, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. In an exciting growth phase, their goal is to establish themselves as a specialist in the field of service management by integrating the potential of their sister companies into comprehensive solutions, such as the industrial drone. Working closely with international teams in marketing, sales, and software development, you will play a key role in their company. Together, you will identify new opportunities, convince customers of their expertise, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships—with a focus on the DACH region. Responsibilities: Networking & Customer Acquisition: You will actively establish contacts with potential new customers and maintain existing relationships through to deal closure. Account Management: You will independently manage your accounts and contribute innovative ideas to optimize our sales strategies. Needs Analysis & Solution Concepts: You will analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with the customer and our interdisciplinary teams. Contract & Price Negotiations: You will conduct negotiations through to conclusion and represent the client professionally to clients. Market Analysis & Trends: You will identify new business opportunities and track technology trends in the field service management sector. Stakeholder Management: You will continuously build relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations, representing the client at events and trade shows. Requirements: Degree in technical or business-related field (BA, Computer Science or similar) 1-2 years of experience working with B2B customers, ideally in the IT or SaaS sector. Affinity for digital products and enthusiasm for new technologies. Passion for discussing technical challenges and innovations with people. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent German and English skills - both written and spoken. Self-motivated, hands-on mentality with a results-oriented work approach. Willingness to travel and be flexible. Salary range: €50,000 - €70,000 annually, depending on experience. Hybrid work model
