Your responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting market analysis to generate market insights to support the Business Unit and regional marketing and sales teams.
• Developing and implementing promotional campaigns on key social media platforms.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of actions across the division.
• Coordinating activities with external partners (e.g., working with graphic designers to create content for our communication campaigns).
• Assisting the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the promotional plan and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the Business Unit .
• Being proactive and proposing new ideas and initiatives.
Your profile:
• Scientist student (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Pharmacy / Technologist of Cosmetics and Detergents …) • Prior experience in the cosmetic industry would be a plus
Skills:
• Creativity, independence • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience analyzing and reporting data
• English a must – German would be a plus
