Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Passionate about sales success: You lead your team independently and continuously develop it. Managing key accounts is second nature to you, as is the strategic direction and management of a technical sales department. Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and customers is one of your core competencies. Every activity you undertake is aligned with and derived from achieving the company's objectives.
* Personnel management: You are experienced in leading sales teams, fostering progress, and supporting the individual development of our team. You enjoy working with people and combine soft skills with technical expertise and a clear focus.
* Face of the company: Presenting technical products and solutions is as much a part of your responsibilities as participating in trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events. You enjoy taking center stage and delivering technical presentations to international audiences.

Show your expertise
* We'd like to get to know you: You have several years of experience in key account management, are an experienced leader, and combine sales talent with technical understanding. You speak our customers' language and communicate on equal terms.
* Your experience & education: Several years of experience leading teams, as well as practical experience in technical sales and/or key account management, B2B, ideally with products requiring explanation, is desirable. A degree in a technical field, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, engineering, business, or a comparable area, is required. An existing network in the semiconductor manufacturing sector rounds out your profile.
* Your work style: You are proactive, have a strong closing style, are communicative, and enjoy working collaboratively with your team. You take responsibility, organize yourself and others independently, have a goal-oriented work style, and actively utilize your sales strengths. You consider sharing your knowledge with your employees a matter of course.
* Your superpower: You are self-confident, have excellent interpersonal skills, and know how to navigate an international environment. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness complete your profile.
* Do you speak German? Excellent German and English skills are essential to communicate effectively with our international clients and partners. A willingness to travel internationally is necessary and enriches our daily work.
