This is where you bring in the perfect climate:
1. You take full responsibility for the planning, setup, execution, and analysis of tests and measurement series as part of the development of new heat pumps as well as the further development of existing systems.
2. As a competent point of contact, you support your colleagues in matters related to electrical safety, ensuring that all tests are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable standards.
3. You design, adapt, and optimize prototypes and suitable test methods, actively contributing your expertise to the development process.
4. You independently and goal‑orientedly coordinate and align activities within the project team.

5. Completed technical degree, e.g. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
6. Qualification to carry out the duties of a certified electrical specialist within test operations
7. Initial professional experience in heating and air conditioning technology, control and automation engineering, or in test planning and execution is an advantage
8. Confident use of MS Office
9. Ideally, experience with NI DIAdem and LabVIEW
10. Independent and structured working style
11. Team spirit and a high level of commitment
12. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
