The Ground Operations Training department is a dynamic group of instructors and administrative staff working in a multicultural environment.
* Create instructional training materials based on regulations, company standards, and industry best practices (classroom, on-the-job, and online training)
* Deliver trainings with subject-matter expertise
* Present complex materials in a simplified way to achieve the learning objectives
* Follow changes in regulations/procedures and update training materials accordingly
* Support the administration of the team
* Keep practical and theoretical knowledge up-to-date and adapt modern instructional methods
