The Role As a Senior Development Real Estate Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of new Bob W properties across Europe, from lease signing through to opening day.
You'll play a key role in negotiating technical lease terms, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving strong ROI on every build.
As part of the Development team, you'll work hands-on with landlords, contractors, and cross-functional teams to bring each property to life, ensuring it meets Bob W's brand standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
Lead and track construction and renovation projects across Europe from lease signing to opening.
Review lease annexes, provide technical input, and support CAPEX planning.
Coordinate site visits and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building standards.

Our 5-star candidate Has 3-4 years of project management experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial construction.
Organised, proactive, and a confident communicator with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset.
Proficient in MS Office / Google / Tableau, and other data tools, with the ability to produce efficient and accurate reporting and understand underwriting models.
