Your responsibilities: Procurement & Supply Chain: Manage procurement processes, ensure transparent vendor selection, and maintain compliance with donor and MI procurement procedures. Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure all assets are registered, labeled, and regularly checked. Fleet & Movement Management: Plan and coordinate vehicle movements, manage drivers, monitor fuel and maintenance, and ensure efficient and safe staff transport. Facility & Technical Support: Provide technical and logistical support to MI facilities, ensuring timely maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Partner Coordination: Supervise and coordinate logistics and engineering work with partner NGOs, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to technical standards. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain complete documentation of procurement, inventory, and transport activities; prepare regular logistics reports. Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise the logistics team, ensuring efficient task planning, accountability, and professional development. Your profile: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within humanitarian or NGO contexts. Strong understanding of donor compliance and procurement procedures. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and train staff effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure. Fluency in Arabic with good command of English; proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools is an asset.
