What You'll Do
* Plan and manage sales programs and promotional activities
* Review and oversee yearly contracts from a business‑management perspective
* Manage debit notes and invoices, including coordination with internal/external stakeholders
* Prepare and analyze sales and business reports for management
* Support sales teams with forecasting, risk management, and performance monitoring
* Improve and streamline business processes
* Conduct issue analysis and implement corrective actions
* Establish and enforce company policies and operational standards
What You Must Have
* Commercial training or a degree in Business/Management (preferred)
* 3+ years of relevant experience in planning or business/process management
* Fluent English; German beneficial
* Strong MS Office and Excel skills
* Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with numbers
* Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and proactive
