The Position As Process Manager you will play a key role in the transformational journey of Boehringer Ingelheimu2019s global payroll & time management landscape. With your expertise, you will support in establishing a unified process and system landscape through process standardization and harmonization, driving efficiency, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance. Tasks & responsibilities Take the lead in designing, build and deploy global processes, ensuring documentation such as process manuals and process flows. Employ your analytical acumen to analyze, evaluate, and prioritize process- and/or system-related demands and align with all stakeholders involved, e.g. country HR, Global Business Services (GBS), and HR IT. You will lead or support projects to further rollout the global target payroll & time management platforms. Moreover, youu2019ll drive process improvement by continuously analyzing process performance as well as industry trends and external benchmarks. Assume the role of the system owner, or act as a delegate, for our global payroll and time management platforms. Guide our team through internal and external audits pertaining to Payroll & Time Management within GBS centers and Country HR, playing a pivotal role in addressing and rectifying any issues uncovered. Requirements Master's degree in business administration or a related field or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant working experience in designing and implementing global processes, ideally in the field of a highly localized process domain, e.g. payroll and/or time management Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization Subject matter expertise with common payroll and/or time management applications such as SAP, Success Factors or Workforce Experience in leading complex projects in a globally dispersed team is a considerable plus Excellent command of written and spoken English Ready to contact us?
