This position is required to travel OCONUS. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into a comprehensive enterprise architecture and IT service roadmap. Service Strategy Development: Define and manage the IT service portfolio, ensuring all services are designed for business outcomes, cost-efficiency, and strategic alignment. Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and engineering principles across the organization to ensure consistency, security, and quality. Cloud Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of our cloud-first strategy, providing expert guidance on cloud architecture Qualifications Required Active Secret Clerance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role (Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Cloud Architect) ITIL Certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional) Proven experience translating business requirements into strategic IT roadmaps and architectural blueprints. Expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and extensive experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions. Strong background in solution architecture, with a demonstrated ability to design complex, multi-system solutions that are secure, resilient, and scalable. Deep understanding of modern engineering principles, including DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and microservices architecture. Desired Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF. Experience in developing and implementing IT governance and service management frameworks like ITIL.
