We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative – Montreal
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our clients.

What We Expect?
1. Bilingual (French/English) is a requirement.
2. Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
3. Proven 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial automation sector and/or mining industry.
4. Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
5. Proven Customer Service Skills.
6. Experience selling premium-priced products & solutions.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
9. Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
10. Valid driver’s license, as frequent travel is required.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
12. In close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager and the Director of Business Development, proactively pursue and develop applicable opportunities within various industries and regions.
13. Establish, monitor, and achieve company sales and business objectives and strategies.
14. Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
15. Build relationships with new and existing clients by identifying business opportunities, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirements.
16. Provide detailed sales reports using CRM tools on customer projects and opportunities.
17. Strong team approach/collaboration with Management, Service, Production, and Peers.
