Field Sales Representative

Our client is a leading European restaurant booking platform. Their mission is to support restaurants with innovative digital solutions that increase visibility, optimise occupancy, and simplify daily operations. A strong passion for gastronomy, technology, and personal collaboration is at the core of everything they do.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify relevant restaurants and proactively contact owners or restaurant managers to schedule meetings.
2. Visit potential clients both with pre-arranged appointments and via spontaneous drop-ins.
3. Conduct approximately 4–5 meetings or drop-ins per day.
4. Present digital products and services, including:
5. Table and reservation management solutions
6. Online booking tools for restaurant websites
7. Marketing and promotional offerings discount campaigns)
8. Analyse individual restaurant needs and demonstrate clear added value and growth opportunities.
9. Work in a structured manner, consistently follow up on leads, and support clients through to contract closure and successful go-live of the solution.
Candidate Profile:
10. Fluent German and good English skills
11. High level of self-motivation, target orientation, and strong closing ability
12. Strong interest in gastronomy, digital products, and technology
13. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
14. Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or hospitality environment
15. Confident in closing deals, even within short sales cycles
16. Independent, dynamic working style and comfort in fast-paced environments
17. Strong organisational skills, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow
18. Confident PC and MS Office skills; CRM experience is a plus
