Responsibilities:
1. Product Portfolio Management: Oversee commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans for both existing and new products.
2. Customer Selling Stories: Develop and present compelling customer selling stories to drive top-line sales, product awareness, and trial for customer shelf sets.
3. Go-to-market plans: Propose go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements, including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both in-store and online).
4. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits, to derive action plans and provide continuous feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
5. Financial Tracking: Monitor product P&L and Gross Margin mix by category to ensure financial health.
Qualifications:
6. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, up to 3 years job experience in Marketing – FMCG preferred
7. Use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools and deep understanding of KPIs and P&L
8. Business fluent in German and English
9. Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills
10. Leadership skills, ability to think and act holistic and critical
11. Team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions
