We turn reactive sales teams into proactive revenue engines by surfacing hidden opportunities in their data: who’s at risk, who’s ready to buy more, and what products to recommend next. Wholesale is unlike e-commerce or SaaS: sparse data, huge transactions, complex catalogs, and long-term relationships. Our models help sales reps know which of their 200 customers to call today - insights that can save a €2M account or unlock €50K in new monthly revenue. The Role: Sr. Data Scientist Build ML/AI systems for industries from construction to steel wholesale. This is not off-the-shelf ML: you’ll design models where success = revenue impact, not just accuracy. You’ll work on: Production AI at Scale : ML models across millions of transactions, 20 enterprises, 500K SKUs. End-to-End Ownership : From definition to deployment, evaluation, and A/B testing. Complex Challenges : Sparse data, extreme imbalance, multi-objective optimization, scaling from SMBs to enterprises.
