Your tasks
12. They distribute our point-of-care rapid drug tests in the field of drug and medication abuse, focusing on SoToxa and Alco-Sensor FST.
13. Full responsibility for sales figures, as well as planning and achieving performance targets.
14. Trusted and first point of contact for our customers
15. Managing and driving the development of assigned customers, for example through strategic account management and post-sales implementation processes.
16. Sales support for new products and product range expansions
17. Preparation and execution of regular meetings regarding business progress
18. Contract extensions and negotiation of long-term contracts
19. Conducting customer training and education courses
Your profile
20. A bachelor's degree or comparable experience (e.g., medical training) is required. A bachelor's degree in biomedicine, medical technology, or business administration, or training as a medical technical assistant (MTA), is preferred.
21. At least 2-3 years of experience in the diagnostics industry with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts, maintaining and improving customer relationships, improving customer-specific profitability, and handling first-line service.
22. Proven track record in a similar position

25. A strong understanding of key stakeholders and market and customer dynamics
