Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and operation of our IT infrastructure.
About You
* You have a relevant university degree or equivalent skills and experience.
* You have good knowledge in the administration of container and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift).
* You have experience with common DevOps tools (Gitlab, Argo CD, Helm etc.).
* Linux knowledge is desirable.
* You have experience in the automation of recurring tasks and processes based on Ansible or other frameworks.
* You are familiar with agile working methods (SCRUM, Kanban etc.).
* You are able to work in a team, show initiative and service orientation.
* You have German language skills corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and IT-standard English language skills.
Your Responsibilities
* You will operate the IT infrastructure used in the Lower Saxony justice system.
* Your focus will be on the administration and continuous further development of our container platform (e.g. Kubernetes, GitLab, Kasten IO) based on RedHat OpenShift.
* You will support specialist teams with the introduction of container-based applications as part of onboarding.
