The Business Navigation team plays a critical role in supporting the C&A retail selling organization by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for finance professionals to contribute to the success of C&A. This is a hybrid working role based in our office in Düsseldorf. Your responsibilities Provide & Review management reports, variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year) Be a sparring partner for the Business Navigator Support the budget, planning and forecasting processes Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives. Support business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds, for new projects, co-piloted by Business Navigator What you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Finance and Controlling or equivalent First experience in business facing finance/controlling roles High IT affinity, secure handling of MS Office and in particular Excel, Powerpoint, Anaplan and/or MicroStrategy Experience in retail and fashion retail is a plus Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality Good communication skills Fluent in English What we offer This is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision.
