We invite an experienced and visionary Director of Revenue & Reservations to join our Sales and Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the resort's commercial success and guest experience.
This role is the strategic architect of our revenue vision—stewarding pricing, distribution, and forecasting with precision, while elevating the integrity of our brand through thoughtful, insight-driven decisions. As the guardian of commercial performance, you will blend analytical excellence with the artistry of Alila's guest-centric philosophy. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
* Lead the resort's overall commercial strategy with clarity, purpose, and creativity to drive total profit optimization.
* Foster a culture where revenue management is fully understood, embraced, and integrated into daily operations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to property leadership, corporate teams, and ownership, confidently representing Alila Kothaifaru Maldives.
* Develop accurate short‑ and long‑term forecasts through analytical insight and market awareness.
* Oversee the annual budget and long‑range planning processes with precision and strategic guidance.
* Analyze economic trends, demand patterns, and competitive intelligence to shape forward‑looking commercial strategies.
Design and manage pricing and distribution strategies across all channels while safeguarding rate integrity and brand alignment.
Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 4 years of experience leading Revenue Management in a luxury property.
