* You will identify and drive product opportunities globally, leading evaluations across stakeholders.
* You will prepare and present business cases for new product developments to top management.
* You will provide in-depth analysis on indications, trends, challenges, opportunities, and unmet medical needs.
* You will act as the key contact for allocated products, including future trends and gap analysis.
* You will evaluate opportunities for in-licensing, co-development, and your own development for new projects.
* You will support affiliates from product idea to launch.
* You will build strong relationships with corporate departments.
* You will conduct strategic risk assessments and prioritize pipeline products.
* You will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous learning.
* You will lead efforts to gather and analyze market intelligence.
* You will drive innovation initiatives within the team.
* You will establish and monitor KPIs to track portfolio success.
Requirements
* You have a degree in life sciences, ideally as a medical doctor or pharmacist.
* You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product and/or portfolio management within the pharmaceutical industry; experience in product lifecycle management and/or innovation management is a plus.
* You have a deep understanding of the generic industry, including market trends and key players.
* You possess knowledge of pharmaceutical market mechanisms in Europe, and ideally also in MENA, APAC, and Eurasia.
* You have proven experience in evaluating and launching generics and specialty generics, as well as improved generics.
* You have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
* You demonstrate strong intercultural communication & networking, lateral leadership & teamwork.
