In this role, you will interact directly with customers at various locations across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to provide information on train schedules, fares, ticket availability, and other related matters. You will also handle customer complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift sowie starke Kommunikationsstärke;
* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten;
