Your role
As one of our two new Communication Experts, focusing primarily on either positioning analytics or audience insights, you will: Positioning analytics
1. define and implement brand and product marketing analytics frameworks and a marketing funnel strategy with clear KPIs;
2. introduce a multi-touchpoint attribution model and build robust dashboards and models that drive marketing decisions;
3. synthesise product usage data and campaign performance;
4. translate analytics into clear narratives, for example by developing enablement materials and giving presentations to senior managers;
Audience insights
5. design and manage audience research activities, surveys, key opinion formers perceptions, focus groups and message testing exercises;
6. analyse quantitative and qualitative data, providing actionable insights to refine content, campaigns and engagement plans;
7. manage relationships with external research agencies and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications, experience and skills
Essential:
8. a master’s degree or equivalent in market research, communications, behavioural science or a related field (see for details on degree equivalences);
9. in addition to the above, a minimum of four years’ professional experience in generating insights to support product communication go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and market analysis; and/or insights to support audience research and communication activities;
10. strong knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) and of dashboard tools and data models, and experience in developing these and applying them to projects or communication products;
11. excellent analytical, presentation and drafting skills in English, with the ability to translate research into clear recommendations for product-related communication;
12. a proven ability to analyse and interpret data and research findings to inform messaging, positioning and channel selection;
13. an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the .
Desired:
14. experience in the public sector or financial services;
15. experience of technology adoption projects;
16. knowledge of the payments industry, retail and e-commerce ecosystems, or financial innovation;
17. experience coordinating research agencies and multi-country studies.
