Key Responsibilities:
* We drive the development of BCE's cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
* We provide strategic advice to our Head of Security on security posture, risk tolerance, and new technologies.
* We lead cross-functional projects (Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Security by Design, etc.).
* We represent BCE in audits, certifications, and key discussions with customers and partners.
* We guide, mentor, and develop our cybersecurity team (Security Officers and Juniors).
* We promote a robust security culture across BCE and its partners.
* We execute or oversee the execution of daily security tasks and controls.
About You:
* A Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Networks, or Telecommunications is required.
* 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Cyber sector are necessary.
* Familiarity with security tooling and infrastructures (SIEM, pen-tests, Vulnerability Scanning, ZTNA etc.) is essential.
* Strong knowledge of network infrastructures and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and IT systems (virtualization, storage, servers) are an advantage.
* Experience with media / audiovisual infrastructures is beneficial.
* Certification in ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, ISO22301 or similar is highly valued.
* Excellent problem-solving and project management skills are required.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
* Readiness to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment is expected.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with good listening, analysis, and synthesis abilities are necessary.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; Knowledge of Luxembourgish, French and/or German is a plus.
